Kent has a background in the building industry both behind a desk and out in the field. He has a particular passion for new development sales and opportunities.
Kent has an in-depth understanding of the residential building and development process from start to finish.
In residential project marketing and sales, Kent “cut his teeth” working on the UNO project having been directly responsible for the sale of a mix of 81 general market, NRAS and Affordable Homes Program apartments. He also has experience with land and new built form sales at St Mary’s, Wallala townhouse project at Park Holme and has completed the sale of all 33 apartments at Ascot Apartments at Cheltenham.
More recently Kent has been involved in the sales of Gilberton and the Bath Apartments projects.
Kent manages the Connekt sales team on a day to day basis and ensures all targets are met and exceeded.
